Electronic, Electrical Part Sealing

The need to prevent moisture intrusion, eliminate gas or fluid leakage and meet pressure tightness requirements have become a necessity among design, manufacturing and quality engineers.

Using electrical grade sealants in computer controlled and monitored vacuum impregnation equipment, connectors, coils, wire harnesses and over molded plastic parts are sealed to survive thermal shock, thermal cycling and fluid absorption testing. Filling interfaces between dissimilar materials is a desired sealing method even in the most complex sealing problems without the need for a part design change.
